Business Funding Agreement
The undersigned,____________________________________thereafter known as Client, appoints and authorizes Shift Your Paradigm LLC (SYP), as their Financial Consultant, to find lender(s)/investor(s) and to submit financial data and information supplied by the Client, for the purpose of obtaining lines of credit, cash advance credit lines, term loans and/or other financing suited for the purposes of business funding capital. The Company “Shift Your Paradigm LLC” and partnered associates have legal authority to act on behalf of the Client and authorizes Consultant to obtain any financial and/or credit history from the credit reporting agencies for the purpose of determining their creditworthiness. Client is an Officer/Director or Member and Stockholder or Sole Owner of the Company.
Shift Your Paradigm LLC is keenly aware of those lenders who are aggressively seeking customers with a specific credit profile.
The approach for financing taken by SYP will be based upon the information supplied by the Client. By signing this agreement the client agrees to complete and sign the financial application truthfully to the best of their knowledge.

The Client agrees to pay a panning and success fee of 10% for all unsecured financing up to $1,000,000 – This fee is guaranteed not to increase in the first 90 days.
This agreement is for all Business Line of Credits, Business Credit Cards And Business Term Loan Funding. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to seek funding.
YOU WILL BE INVOICED AFTER APPROVAL AND YOUR INVOICE IS DUE WHEN FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FROM EACH LENDER AS A CARD ON FILE IS REQUIRED TO PROCESS PAYMENTS.
Client understands and agrees that there is no guarantee of success for each and every individual application or that a Lender will issue a commitment and that a fax copy of this agreement may be used as an original. Consultant is not an employee of any financial institution and is not authorized to make any financial commitments on behalf of any Lender or Investor.
You understand and agree to all terms of this Fee Agreement as well as Letter of Understanding and acknowledge a faxed copy may be accepted as original.
This agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflicts of laws and rules. The parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Alabama courts in and for the Federal courts in Alabama. The parties waive all rights to a trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with this Agreement. It is understood all information is mutually proprietary and confidential and will not be disclosed by either party.
THE APR (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE OF INTEREST CHARGED BY THE LENDER) OF ALL FINANCING IS DETERMINED INDIVIDUALLY BY SCORING & UNDERWRITING METHODS UTILIZED BY EACH LENDER. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES MADE BY SHIFT YOUR PARADIGM LLC AS TO THE TERMS OF YOUR APPROVALS.
BY SIGNING THIS FEE AGREEMENT, I FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE FEE AGREEMENT AND LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING.
I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT MY PAYMENT IS DUE IMMEDIATELY, BUT IF MY PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF BEING INVOICED THAT MY UNPAID INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO A COLLECTION AGENCY. ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO SYP LLC WILL BE REPORTED AS POSITIVE CREDIT FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Shift Your Paradigm, LLC (“Organization”) and [] (“Member”), and comes into effect as of [Date].
Member Benefits
As part of our exclusive memberships with Shift Your Paradigm, the Member will receive the following benefits:
Access to basic products and services.
Discounted rates on selected products/services.
Priority access to events and workshops.
Complimentary services and products.
Membership Dues
We offer 4 levels of membership:
Bronze: $175/month or one-time fee of $1,499
Silver: $375/month or one-time fee of $3,999
Gold: $475/month or one-time fee of $4,999
Platinum: $675/month or one-time fee of $7,499
You hereby agree that all Membership sales are final, non-refundable, and nontransferable under no circumstances.
You agree that you have fully consented to any payment to Shift Your Paradigm Membership and that any/all payments are valid and that you have consented to the purchase of the Membership.
You agree to waive any/all rights to charge-back, dispute, or make claims (“disputes”) against any payment made to the Shift Your Paradigm Membership as being fraudulent, purchased in error, services not delivered to you, product not received, or any other dispute which claims that any payment is unlawful. You agree to not initiate any disputes or claims through your credit card company, bank, lending institution, or any other payment provider since you have fully consented to all charges outlined in the program you are enrolled in. Thus you agree that you may not dispute any payments made to the Shift Your Paradigm Membership.
Restrictions
The Member agrees that they will not:
Share their login information with non-members
Reproduce any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with non-members
Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions or social media platforms
Act individually or as a business/ entity/ consultant to compete or provide similar services.
Liability
The Member will not hold the Organization liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.
The Member agrees that the Organization cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices.
Privacy
The Organization will not share any contact or personal information about the Member with other members, non-members or any third parties without prior consent. All materials, content, recordings, writings, and direction are always confidential and kept private. Failure to abide by this guideline is subject to immediate removal from the program with no refund of any kind. Any reproduction or resale of the content within the SYP program is strictly prohibited.
Membership Termination
The Organization has a right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this Agreement are violated. Due to this fact, Shift Your Paradigm program holds the right to limit, suspend, and/or terminate your membership and participation at any point due to you:
Having two consecutive missed payments
Becoming disruptive or overly difficult to work with
Hindering the productivity and/or participation of any Shift Your Paradigm employees, subscribers, customers, clients, or instructors
Failure to follow Shift Your Paradigm guidelines as laid out in this agreement
Please note, Shift Your Paradigm only offers 1:1 sessions with its Gold or Platinum members.
TERMS OF TERMINATION
Notice Period:
The Member agrees to provide a minimum of 60 days written notice prior to the intended termination date.
Termination Rights:
The Member reserves the right to terminate their membership at any point and for any reason.
Billing Cycle:
If the Member provides a notice of termination, they will not be charged for the upcoming billing cycle following the termination notice.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle. The termination will take effect at the end of the notice period.
TERMINATION PROCEDURE:
Written Notice:
The Member must submit a written notice of termination to the Business. The notice should include the intended termination date and reason (if desired).
Confirmation:
The Business will acknowledge receipt of the termination notice and confirm the termination date.
End of Benefits:
Upon termination, the Member will no longer be entitled to the benefits and privileges associated with their membership.
By signing below, the Member confirms that they have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
You irrevocably agree that signing up and paying, Shift Your Paradigm (SYP) is accepting you as a program participant. The SYP Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the Company and applies to your participation in the program.
By filling in your credit/debit card information and submitting it, you authorize the Company to charge your credit or debit cards indicated above as payment for your membership in the program. To further clarify, after you sign this agreement, you agree that no refunds will be issued, and all monthly payments (if applicable) must be paid on a timely basis regardless of your participation or results.
By signing, you acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of loss of capital as with any business endeavor. There is no guarantee that you will earn any money due to your participation in the Program.
